Cancellation and Booking Policy

I require a 3 hour minimum notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge. Anything less than a 3 hour notice is a full charge. A no-show will be fully charged. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show. No I cant just “Squeeze ya in”. Please be considerate of not only my time but other clients’ time too. I get it stuff happens let me know if you are going to be late.

All booking and appointment management is done online or through the App, I do not book or reschedule over the phone.

Kid’s Cuts

I get that kids grow hair, and you want them to look their best. I start taking kids at age 12.

For their safety and mine, if your child squirms excessively (we all squirm) or screams, I will stop the haircut and you will be charged. I’m not in the business of traumatizing children.
